The diagnostic fee
Most Spokane shops charge $79–$129 to come out and diagnose. Ours is $79, and it’s waived if you approve the repair. If a company won’t tell you their diagnostic fee on the phone, that’s your first red flag.

When the quote doesn’t make sense
